La View Studio Policy

Please kindly go through all the policies below. We would appreciate your cooperation in observing these policies. 

FAILURE TO OBSERVE SOME OF THESE GUIDELINES WILL BE GROUNDED IN LOSS OF FUTURE ACCESS TO OUR STUDIOS AND/OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES STARTING FROM $50.00

Booking

  • To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

     

  • The deposit is non-refundable. However, if a reschedule request is made at least 72 hours in advance, it can be applied once to a new session within 6 months.

     

  • The remaining balance must be paid immediately after the session, via POS card payment, e-transfer, or cash.

 

  • Once the booking has been made on the website, an email with confirmation will be sent to you. You may also find the confirmation in your account.​

  • You will be provided with a door access code 24-48 hours before your booked session by email, so please make sure our email address (info@laviewstudio.com) is on your trusted sender list.

  • Clients may reschedule once for free, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.

     

  • For additional reschedules, a new deposit and booking are required.

     

  • Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the session will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session allow the deposit to be credited toward a future booking (valid for 6 months).

     

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will result in the deposit being forfeited.

     

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, unexpected events), rescheduling may be arranged by mutual agreement.

  • Overtime will be charged at the standard hourly rate (only if the extended time slot has not been booked by another client).

     

  • Clients are responsible for restoring the set/scene after use. Any damages will incur compensation fees.

     

  • If the studio is left in an unclean condition that severely affects the next client, a $50 CAD cleaning fee may be charged.

  • You may find parking spots along the streets.

  • Green P parking lots are available near the studio, and clients may choose parking at their own discretion:

    • Green P Lot 085, 557 Palmerston Ave, Toronto, ON, M6G 1K4

    • Green P Lot 093, 696 Euclid Ave, Toronto, ON, M6G 2T9. 

  • The wifi name and password can be found inside the studios.

  • For the best performance, please connect to the WiFi that matches your booked studio’s name.
